Long story short. We lost Pops. Mom needed to sell her home and move north. I was given the job of selling the home. Before flying anywhere I asked locally (Kentucky) "Does anyone know a good realtor in the Ft Myers, Fl area?" As it turns out Jeannette Di Leo has fans. After using her services I understand why. Less than 3 weeks from listing to full ask offer, during a falling market. Di Leo knows her business! Do I really need to say more? I would definitely seek her out if I needed a realtor in her area again.

It has been a pleasure working with Jeannette on our home sale from beginning to end. When we first inquired on her services, she asked for a few of our home specs and immediately began on her research. She was extremely communicative through the entire process and always gave us her best professional advice, while also keeping in mind what was best for us. (It's important to note, I do not say that often and have worked with other realtors multiple times in the past). Her advertisement of the home went above and beyond, as did she for the entirety of the process.
